Green files for re-election as Chautauqua County Sheriff

Sheriff Frank Green has filed for re-election for Sheriff of Chautauqua County. Sheriff Green will be running on the Republican ticket and is seeking his fourth term as Sheriff of Chautauqua County.
Green stated he served a total of ten years as a reserve deputy for Sheriffs Butch Blankinship, Dan Payne, and Leonard “Butch” Lewis. Green was also deputy sheriff for two years under Sheriff Lewis.
Green moved to Chautauqua County in 1968 and graduated from Sedan High School in 1971. Green attended the Kansas Law Enforcement Training Center and graduated in 1989.
Green stated he is committed to and dedicated to law enforcement and considers it an honor to serve Chautauqua County as Sheriff.
Green resides in the home place at Chautauqua Springs and has four daughters, Angie, Brandy, Jessica and Katie, six grandsons, Triston, Troy, Trent, Spencer, Kiefer and Quincy, and two granddaughters Sophia and Chloe.
