Continued rumors that a dollar store will soon locate in downtown Sedan have caused members of the Sedan Area Economic Development Committee to get considerable feedback from local residents.

Many residents are concerned that opening a dollar store would have a negative effect upon existing Sedan retail stores such as Duckwalls, Floyd’s Market and Ackarman Hardware. Read more
