DELINQUENT TAX LIST AND NOTICE

This Is Not a Sheriff’s Sale  •  These Properties Are Not For Sale

Notice is hereby given that so much of each tract of land or town lot described in the following list located in Montgomery County, Kansas, as may be necessary for the purpose, will be on the first Tuesday of September, 2011, for the taxes and charges thereon for the year of 2010 be transferred to the Montgomery County Treasurer at the treasurer’s office at the Montgomery County Courthouse in Independence, Kansas, to the tax sale book, pursuant to Kansas Statutes 79-2302 or 79-2303. State law requires a publication fee of $16.00 be assessed against of the names listed.
