COFFEYVILLE — The Coffeyville Police Department, with assistance from the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Department, on Monday, Dec. 20, conducted a warrant “round-up” of over 20 outstanding arrest warrants for narcotics violations and other charges.

Commander Mike Brown said a majority of the narcotics warrants were the results of ongoing investigations into narcotics trafficking by the Coffeyville Police Department, Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office and the Kansas Bureau of Investigation.

At the time of this release, the following nine people had been arrested based on outstanding arrest warrants for the listed charges. Additional arrests are expected throughout this week.

• Robert A. Beard, age 34, 1408 S. Elm, Coffeyville: Sale of Methamphetamine, Arranging the sales of narcotics using a telephone, No Kansas Drug Tax Stamp and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

• Scotty W. Yeubanks, age 36, 1302 W. 12th, Coffeyville: Sale of Methamphetamine, Arranging the sales of narcotics using a telephone and Felony Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

• Devin K. Luckett, age 23, 1606 W. 7th, Coffeyville: Sale of Cocaine (Two Counts), Arranging the sales of narcotics using a telephone (Two Counts), Felony Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (Two Counts)

• Charles E. Mayfield, age 39, 702 Hibbard, Apt. J, Coffeyville: Sale of Cocaine (Two Counts), Arranging the sales of narcotics using a telephone, Felony Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (Two Counts)
• Calvin L. Shobe, age 27, 1011 W. 5th, Coffeyville: Sale of Cocaine, Arranging the sales of narcotics using a telephone (Three Counts), Felony Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

• Patrick T. Stevens, age 20, 708 Hibbard, Apt. B, Coffeyville: Sale of Cocaine, Aiding and Abetting Sale of Cocaine, Arranging the sales of narcotics using a telephone (Two Counts), Felony Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

• Alex R. Graham, age 44, 505 N. Willow, Coffeyville: Sale of Narcotics (Hydrocodone), Conspiracy to Distribute Narcotics, Arranging the sales of narcotics using a telephone, No Kansas Drug Tax Stamp

• Teresa J. Hayton, age 44, 505 N. Willow, Coffeyville: Conspiracy to Distribute Narcotics, Arranging the sales of narcotics using a telephone, No Kansas Drug Tax Stamp.

• Ciara L. Goodwin, age 20, 606 E. 3rd, Apt. C, Coffeyville: Sale/Distribution of Cocaine (Three Counts), Arranging the sales of narcotics using a telephone (Three Counts), No Kansas Drug Tax Stamp (Three Counts).
