Equipment breakdown has delayed the counting of ballots in Montgomery County. County clerk Charlotte Scott-Schmidt said a technician is expected to arrive after midnight Wednesday to begin an analysis of ballot scanner at the Montgomery County Courthouse. Local ballots might not be counted until Wednesday morning. Check back for details.
