Dozens of Labette County High School (LCHS) students engaged in a number of service projects throughout the district on last Wednesday, April 21.
LCHS Principal Marty Anderson said service project learning gets students involved in their local community through various projects, which benefit everyone. Read more

The Labette County High School Athletic Department announces the appointment of Shane Holtzman as the new Grizzly Head Football Coach. Holtzman’s selection was approved Monday Dec. 14, at the USD #506 board meeting.

Labette County High School will hold its annual Basketball “Pop” Scrimmage on Tuesday, Nov. 24,  in the Harrison Gymnasium beginning at 6 p.m.
Admission is a container of soda or gatorade per person.
Concessions will be available and all proceeds go to support LCHS Athletic and Activity Programs.

Labette County Choral and Theatre Departments will present “Guys and Dolls” based on a story by Damon Runyon, music and lyrics by Frank Loesser, book by Jo Swerling and Abe Burrows on Nov. 12 and 13 at 7:30 p.m. and Nov. 14 at 2:30 p.m. in Harrison Auditorium.
