Walter Warden Bryan

PARSONS—Walter Warden Bryan, 90, of Parsons, Kan., died Tuesday, Feb. 23, 2010, at Parsons Good Samaritan Society. He had been in failing health.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m., Friday, Feb. 26, at Bethel Church of God in Neodesha. Burial will be in Shelly Cemetery near Neodesha. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m., Thursday, at Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home in Parsons.

Dorothy J. Lockwood

PARSONS—Dorothy J. Lockwood, 86, of Parsons, Kan., died Sunday, Feb. 21, 2010, at Parsons Presbyterian Manor, where she had resided the past year.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m., Thursday, at Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home in Parsons. Burial will be in Memorial Lawn Cemetery in Parsons. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m., Wednesday, at the funeral home.

R. Roger Moore

PARSONS—R. Roger Moore, 70, retired Parsons, Kan., banker, died Friday, February 26, 2010, in the emergency room at Labette Health. Although he had been undergoing cancer treatment, death was unexpected.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m., Tuesday, at the First Presbyterian Church. Burial will be in Memorial Lawn Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the Carson-Wall Funeral Home from 6 to 8 p.m., Monday.

Memorials are suggested to the First Presbyterian Church, the American Cancer Society or the Operation Bright Touch.  They may be left at or sent to the funeral home at Box 942, Parsons, KS  67357.
