Flood warning for the Neosho River

The National Weather Service in Wichita has issued a flood warning for the Neosho River near Oswego, from Tuesday morning to Saturday, or until the warning is cancelled.

On Monday the stage at 7 a.m., was at 10.1 feet.

Moderate flooding is in the forecast.

Flood stage will be reached by late Tuesday morning. The river will crest near 22.9 feet by early afternoon Thursday.
