The Elk Konnected Community Wellness Action Team is conducting a survey to evaluate the wellness preferences of the community. These ideas will be used to help design a future area wide, centrally located community wellness facility. The team would appreciate feedback from citizens 14 years of age and older that reside in Elk County, Severy, or the surrounding areas.

Surveys can be found at several locations throughout the community and returned to the following locations: Kirk’s Mini-Mart, Elk Falls Pottery, Grenola Senior Center, Swinging Bridge Café, Batsons, and Tripco. The survey is also posted on the Elk County Forum website.

All surveys returned by July 27 will be tallied, and results shared at the Community Forum on Tuesday, Aug. 12.
