The Taylor Newspaper Family

It’s more than a promotional name. This is truly a family. A father and mother, son and daughter who play major roles in the publication of three southeast Kansas newspapers.

It is a family business that goes back five generations starting in Neosho County then moving to Labette County and finally encompassing Montgomery, Elk and Chautauqua counties.

They are hands-on publishers, editors, photographers and writers. They never ask their employees to do any job that they won’t do, too. The Taylor family was 24/7 long before it became popular. And they are proud of every member of the three teams who produce each week’s editions of:
