In conjunction with the Howard City Wide garage sales, a bake sale and rummage sale benefit will be held Friday, June 6 and Saturday, June 7 for Jeanette Carter, school psychologist for the Chautauqua and Elk County Special Education Cooperative that serves the West Elk, Elk Valley and Sedan schools.

Jeanette is currently undergoing treatments for Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma. Her many friends and fellow staff members have generously donated many great items as well as baked goods, bottled water and pop.

The sale will be held in the Cox Building at the corner of Wabash and Washington in Howard. Among the treasures will be men, women’s and children’s clothing of all sizes, toys, electric mixer, bread machine, books, KSU lamp, canning jars, electric skillet, little girl’s vanity, kitchen wares, and much, much more!
