The Elk Valley High School Senior Class of 2008 will receive their diplomas at a commencement program this Saturday, May 10, in the high school gymnasium.

The baccalaureate program will start at 2 p.m., followed by the graduation ceremony at approximately 3 p.m. The eighth grade graduation will be held in conjunction with the high school commencement.

The valedictorian for the EVHS Class of 2008 is Autumn Hare, and the salutatorian is Sarah South. The senior motto is: “It’s not a small class, it’s a big family.” Nineteen seniors will be awarded their diplomas.

The public is invited to attend the baccalaureate/graduation programs on Saturday.
